Order Shipping
Your orders are handled by DHL, ensuring your items are delivered swiftly and securely. Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $1,000.

Delivery Timeline
Subject to stock availability and your location, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days.

Shipping Costs
Final shipping charges are calculated based on your address and presented at checkout.

14-Day Return Policy
We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Since all of our tailoring, shirts, couture, and handmade items are crafted specifically for each customer, we offer only exchanges and do not accept returns. Limited-stock discounted items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions
Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless they have defects.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Form with your order number and information about the item you wish to return. Our team will provide you with step-by-step instructions.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return.
